Canada’s Liberals fall short of a majority in Parliament in the wake of comeback election victory

The Liberal Party, as before, has not reached the majority of seats in Canada’s Parliament.

Therefore, the Liberal Party has the choice to form a coalition with an extreme leftist party or the secessionist Quebec Party. This political landscape remains unchanged and claims of a wave of a left/liberalist victory are not true.

But the new Prime Minister of Canada will be Mark Carney from the Liberal Party. The big deception in Canada’s Conservative Party is that they are not able to appoint a conservative Prime Minister. It was expected so after the Trudeau era chaos that the Conservatives will gain the majority.

For the Canadian Conservatives it came at an unfortunate moment that Donald Trump issued demands towards Canada, mainly against the Government of Justin Trudeau. The Liberal Party was able, with the help of the worldwide main stream media, to turn this anti-Trudeau stance into Trump’s attack on Canada. The victory was in the hands of the media, they played nationalism very well.

The awakening will be sour as it is expected that the new government of Carney will depend on an extreme leftist small provider of votes in Parliament which will result in a political chaos again.
