Now, after Selensky shows willingness to sign the Deal, the US side said that terms need to change. Trump now wants a better Deal. Eventually, the American side understood that much of Ukraine’s value deposits are in Russian hands and another big part of the minerals deposits have been already sold, to foreign investors or Ukrainian oligarchs. Therefore, it is logical that Trump, knowing about the small and less valuable amounts of deposits available, demands a “Better Deal”.
