CNBC: Treasury Department suspends enforcement of ownership information reporting for millions of businesses

This is a very welcome step to better protect the privacy against state intrusion. The Obama/Biden regime was able to introduce laws that squeezed economic freedom. Obama/Biden were also introducing control and supervision on a worldwide level.
It cannot be that because of a small number of criminals worldwide privacy shall be abolished. Economic freedom is one of the dearest rights of humanity. A complete surveillance and transparency is inhuman and also damageable for the economic progress. The state has thousands of instruments to hunt down criminals but shall not put all enterprises under a general suspicion.
Of course, it was always a socialist-fascist approach to control everybody, to scare everybody and to punish abusively everybody for ideological non-compliance.
The Trump Administration will not enforce obligations under an Obama law to report the beneficial owners of each US company. The law needs abolition in a next step.
