CNN: China hits back as Trump’s tariffs go into effect

CNN reports about the counter-measures against the new US tariffs on Chinese goods.
China now levies import duties (10-15%) on some US goods: auto-motif, energy, fashion brands etc. The US Google company has been subject to an investigation, even though Google is hardly present on the Chinese market.
China now strictly controls rear earth products, eg Tungsten and other minerals.

Still, this Chinese counter-measure touching max 20 billion US trade volume cannot be compared to the Chinese 450 billion export volume under new US tarrifs.
