While CNN celebrates the killing of a Russian General, who is completely unknown for the rest of the World, by obviously a Ukrainian terror attack in Moscow, two questions remain:
1. How is it possible that Russia cannot protect its generals or even the general public against Ukrainian terror attacks?
2. What will be the impact of this terror attack on Russia’s willingness to talk about peace with US Special Envoy Witkoff?
Contrary to others, the victim of Ukraine’s, yet unclaimed, terror attack, General Moskalyk, was a peace negotiator, in Minsk 2015 and Paris 2019.
