CNN: Why the courts may be the last constraint on Trump but may not contain his power grabs

What is CNN’s understanding of democracy?
Donald Trump was elected with programmatic promises which he is realizing now. He won the popular vote, Republicans have House and Senate majorities. CNN must accept that, as long as Donald Trump acts within the law, there shall be no complaint.
CNN is THE opposition to Trump. CNN has been disgustingly accusing Trump off all sorts of things, starting with fake RussiaGate etc.
There may be always a Clinton/Obama/Biden appointed lower judge trying to stop Trump … for a certain period, but it will not change the result if all is within the law.

At least, like for Biden’s gang, a retroactive full pardon for unspecified crimes is not needed.
