Developing: Bloomberg/FT: Ukraine to Agree With US on Terms for Minerals Deal

Developing story:
Some international news angencies report that the minerals deal as requested by Donald Trump will be signed by Ukraine.
No US reaction yet.
No response from V Selensky.
The question remains, as the Ukrainian parliament did vote No Confidence against Selensky, who will and can validly sign a deal on the Ukrainian side. And will the Ukrainian parliament ratify any such agreement?
The US must be aware that this will be an argument of Ukraine on a later stage.
