US and Russian delegations are meeting today on a “technical” level. The main goal of this meeting is the normalization of relations between the US and Russia. Officials from the US said the Ukraine will not be discussed, Russian official did not make a comment. It is of great hope that also this meeting is an element furthering the peace process between the US and Russia in relation to Ukraine.
