German Federal Criminal Court: Ukraine’s secret service bombed Nord Stream pipeline – Court just stopped short saying that Ukraine acted with support and instruction of the USA

Germany’s top criminal court confirmed that it was the Ukrainian secret services that bombed and destroyed the Nordstream pipelines.

The attack is now qualified as a terroristic crime.

What happened becomes clear: Ukrainian secret agents were employed to bomb the pipelines with special devices. The to pipelines were bombed in a larger area, as they were distant from each other. The distances of the attacks were between 2 and 74 km and in a depth of 70-80 meters while the first bomb exploded at 2 am and the second at 19h. This set-up is professional and must have been executed, planned and guided by high sea diving experts – whereas such experts are found mainly in the US military.

Ukraines secret service is an element of the CIA. It has been trained and built by the CIA and it is integrated in the CIA’s commando structure. The former head of Ukraine’s service Budanov is now the second most powerful person of the Selensky regime, he has been appointed as right hand man of V Selensky and top negotiator for peace with Russia.

The attack on Nordstream happened after Biden’s threat. It was a message followed by action. It was the largest ever terror attack on Germany’s economic and energetic infrastructure which was bombing Germany in a pre-industrialized energetic state with the highest energy costs of the World, scrapped nuclear power, depending on foreign energy imports by sea. German industrial advantage relied on cheap Russsian energy. That’s history, in particular, with a German government forced and willing to divert energy purchases to other sources, whereas France, UK and Spain still buy cheap Russian liquified gas for billions of Euros. Germany is the victim and the loser of the war in Ukraine and Germany is absurdly not willing to admit that it is not suffering under Russian aggression but under aggression from Ukraine and its allies.

And Germanybis advancing to the largest benefactor of Ukraine. In the European context, Germany must pay most for Ukraine’s budget and army, whereas France insists that French weapons are bought with German money.
