HMHNews: Ukraine bans artists and media people from travelling abroad, too many don’t come back

Ukraine is drafting its artists. Generations of artists are sent against Russia.
Also media people will not be spared.
All are forced to stay in the country from 3 March on. Too many in the past did not return.
