Independent: JD Vance says Germany should work with the far right AfD and not ignore ‘the will of the people’ … and gives a RussiaGate Update

According to the Independent: “It’s really about censorship and about migration, about this fear that President Trump and I have, that European leaders are kind of terrified of their own people,” Mr Vance said. “I think, unfortunately, the will of voters has been ignored by a lot of our European friends.”
Mr Vance also said he thought that Russian interference in western democracy was overplayed and that migration was a greater threat.
“If your democratic society can be taken down by $200,000 of social media ads, then you should think seriously about how strong your grip on or how strong your understanding of the will of the people actually is,” he said.
Finally a correction to all the RussiaGate nonsense and fakes. Russia has been good enough to shut down and kill oppositional opinions. The US RussiaGate of 2016 against Trump was all fake and lies. The anti-Trump investigators found an irrelevant number of social media accounts run from Russia which were established at costs of USD 200’000. Experts agree that this had no influence on the 2016 US elections. JD Vance refers to this today by accusing the former investigators of overreaching and misleading the public.
What JD Vance also wants to express: there is no reason to accuse someone being a Russian mouthpiece or asset when he is in general agreeing with elements of Russia’s reasoning in respect of the justification and origin of the Ukraine conflict, in particular as facts are well documented.
More importantly, JD Vance said: …” he will tell German politicians to end the country’s longstanding firewall around the AfD, known as “Brandmaeur”. He will ask Germany to work with the AfD. JD Vance sees a potential of change in cooperating with the AfD, to cancel the Obama/Biden adept Greens/Left in Germany and seemingly he would welcome votes for the AfD.
Of course, immediately Chancellor Scholz cried foul and demanded Vance not to meddle in German politics.
