This is the relevant statement of Tucker Carlson in his latest interview stream. But Carlson does not provide any proof or reference and his claim stands out as unproven.
On the other hand, Donald Trump has been target of assassination attemps. His own security service explained that foreign powers tried to kill him, pointing towards Iran. No evidence of any foreign or domestic power behind those assassination attempts was ever produced in public. Instead, the conclusion was that the shooter who successfully hit Trump’s ear was a lonely killer.
Robert Fico, Prime Minister of Slovakia, a critic of the war in Ukraine, was shot on the street, severely wounded, by a Slovak citizen with alleged links to Ukraine. The conclusion was, as well, that it was a lonely killer.
Earlier the press reported that the Biden Administration, i.e. Biden’s DoD, already in 2022 planned or prepared for a decapitation strike against Putin in case Russia uses nukes in Ukraine. Eg. The Moscow Times, a dissident exiled Russian media, reported about the matter, citing statements made in Moscow.
There are no indications that any further planning was made by Biden’s administration or if any plan was about to be executed or even was unsuccessfully executed.
By all means, the accusations made by Tucker Carlson are unique and frightening. US plans or attemps to kill a Russian President, if true, would result in a severe conflict, even nuclear, between Russia and the US, as Carlson further explains in his interview.
