Musk calls for Trump to be impeached as extraordinary feud escalates

It is not a surprise.

Elon Musk, the former advisor to President Trump is using social media to attack his former boss. The reason for this is not yet fully clear. How can an unhappy former government member suddenly become a dirty cannon? What may have happened?

The Trump Administration does not need this public feud, it is harmful and only helps Trump’s enemies on national and international level.

Trump kept defensive for two days, but used the public meeting with German Chancellor Merz to make a statement. The publicly televised meeting with Merz took 45 minutes, Merz only spoke 3 minutes, the rest of the time, Trump used to comment national matters and, of course, Musk.

Merz being only a spectator of the long monologue of Trump seemed a bit amused. He was not able to make his point and was even cut short by Trump when he wanted to push for Ukraine support.

Musk may be happy for the moment, but since he left the Administration, he is again a normal citizen. He may have some public power through X, his ailing billion loss of a  social media investment, but could eventually lose his smile in a conflict with the Federal Government. Nevertheless, the timing of the feud between Trump and Musk is not of advantage for Trump. Still the question remains, why?
