NBC: U.S. troops could be deployed in Ukraine to secure minerals, rare earth Trump wants in exchange for aid

V Selensky said no to President Trump: no minerals, rare earth for aid. Selensky refused the USD 500 billion offer.

The US Administration explained willingness to send troops to Ukraine to secure the mines and deposits for the US.

This may not be further considered as not only Selensky said NO, but also it’s unlikely that Ukraine still has value deposits. Over half of the mines and deposits are in Russian hands, many others sold to foreign investors and Ukrainian oligarchs.
