Papadopoulos was spied on since May 2016, while the FBI opened the RussiaGate investigation only end July 2016

The anti-Trump media knew it all along.

The Papadopoulos case was a set-up.

Young Trump advisor Papadopoulos was spied on since at least May 2016, or even earlier.  Why and on what legal basis Papadopoulos was spied on by the FBI, is, at least, unclear.

The RussiaGate FBI investigation Crossfire Hurricane only started end July 2016. With Crossfire Hurricane, all tricks against Trump were possible, including counter-intelligence operations, spy-ops, set-ups.

But before the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, a US citizen like Papadopoulos was at the full benefit of all his rights. This means, there was no legal basis to spy on Papadopoulos – but it happened even though.

Two possibilities:

Either Papadopoulos was ok with that he was spied on and that he was a co-conspirator, an asset, a spy himself.

Or the US spies violated US law.

The FBI might have violated UK and Italian law as well, as they are not allowed to operate in these jurisdiction, unless specially invited by the respective governments.

In both situations, the Papadopoulos case is relevant as it served as justification, as predicate for the formal opening of the RussiaGate investigation by the FBI against Trump, which was Crossfire Hurricane, end July 2016.

Papadopoulos was brought by his then-employer, the LCILP, a spin-off of the UK intelligence to Rome, where he met Prof Joseph Mifsud, who himself is also a spin-off of Western intelligence (he worked for the LCILP), a former Western spy, an intelligence contractor and a regular cooperator of Western intelligence and governments.

The meeting in Rome took place inside a spy school for Western spies run by Vincenzo Scotti, an Italian pluri-minister and the master of the Italian spies at the time, himself running a private intelligence group. Mifsud was teaching there Western spies.

The Papadopoulos case, the meeting of Papadopoulos and Mifsud was therefore a homemade, Western spy-op where all participants belonged to the same Western spy ring.

Everybody knew, as well as the journalists who were promoting falesely Mifsud as a Russian spy, like then FBI boss Comey and then CIA boss Brennan falsely did.

In particular, Natasha Bertrand, the recent target of Donald Trump who demanded that she should be fired from CNN, knew the truth behind Papadopouls and Mifsud, but, as she was a leak conspirator of then CIA boss Brennan, she did all to promote Mifsud falsely as a Russian spy.

Knowing that a fact is a set-up, that it is a fake and a lie, and opening, based upon this constructed fact, a criminal investigation into the President of the USA, this is the crime. The crime becomes more important as all was done to cover it up, in particular, to make disappear Joseph Mifsud, the Ground Zero of RussiaGate. Mifsud was threatened to stay quiet, not to speak and disappear, he is said to have a new identity today, others claim he is dead.
