Donald Trump reacted swiftly to the news that Ukraine would accept a 30-days ceasefire. Not only the US will re-supply intelligence and arms but also will push Russia to accept the ceasefire. President Trump also said that he may talk to President Putin this week. The US emissary /Special Envoy Steve Wittkoff is expected to arrive in Moscow tomorrow to discuss the ceasefire with Russian officials, maybe with Putin as well. European leaders, like PM Starmer, President Macron have welcomed the 30-days ceasefire proposal. But still Macron is talking of security guarantees, obviously in form of French troops on the ground.
