Reuters: Biden administration slowed Ukraine arms shipments until his term was nearly done … and weapons tracking was “chaotic”

Shocking revelation: “Adding to the confusion was a chaotic weapons-tracking system in which even the definition of “delivered” differed among U.S. military branches.”
While the provision of arms slowed down in 2024, Biden speeded up deliveries during the last days of his term.
Reuter reports that the US hardly can track the weapons delivered. This adds up to the previous speculations that arms sent to Ukraine may not have reached its destination … the US cannot “accurately pinpoint the weapons in the shipping process”.

This puts Selensky’s earlier claim that less than half of weapons the US said were sent to Ukraine did not arrive into another light.

The failed accountability of weapons delivery is a risk for the US and the rest of the World.
