Reuters: Russia’s Lavrov says potential bankruptcy or sale of Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline operator would be theft

The operators of all Nord Stream pipelines are Swiss companies … now put into bankruptcy with deadline till May to restructure the debts.
After the bomb attack on the pipelines, it seems that the management decided to declare bankruptcy of the Swiss companies.
Seemingly, behind the doors, there are efforts to restructure the debts of the operating companies. Seemingly hidden from the public so far, but brought to attention of the public by Foreign Minister Lavrov. Who will win in the Swiss bankruptcy procedure?

If the US had invested in parts of Nord Stream pre-2022, there would have never been a bomb attack on the pipelines. The idea that the US would buy out an EU investor in Nord Stream (Finland) has been promoted already during Trump’s first presidency. Shamefully, the Biden Administration opted instead for the forceful elimination of Nord Stream: and brought economic war and energy distress to many EU countries.
