It has been reported Italy-wide that Italian Financial Police acted swiftly and searched offices and homes of well know Italian personalities. In the centre of the Police action stands Vincenzo Scotti, a former politician, minister in divers cabinets, founder of the private university LINK CAMPUS and a kind of patron or “godfather” for some of Italy’s most shady political and business networks. Nicknamed “Tarzan”, as Scotti frequently changed sides and jumped from one power group to the other.
Scotti, who was once mayor of Mafia plagued Naples is a core actor in the RussiaGate saga, as he helped to discredit Donald Trump by arranging various set-ups which were then exploited by Obama and Biden in their political fight against Donald Trump.
The Italian Financial Police also targeted Scotti’s close partners, 29 persons – some of these persons were Scotti’s partners in the LINK CAMPUS university, but also partners in a wider network of ca. 20 companies and charitable institutions mainly connected to intelligence and under-cover and security operations as well as sidelined international trade and other commercial operations.
It is unclear how the value of EUR 24 Millions seized by the Police was earned by Scotti’s operations but can it be assumed that this money is also a product of Scotti’s “services” for faking RussiaGate?
