The RussiaGate judicial review, as promised by the new FBI and DoJ heads, is getting forward but only in small steps.
The Democrats, the media and certain foreign politicians would rather like to have the public forget about RussiaGate. During the Biden period, it became very quiet about RussiaGate, facts, documents, the truth have been buried or suppressed, the Durham investigation did not lead to a tangible result (Special Counsel Durham ended it with his personal humor: he omitted the essential, a sign that he was forced) – the Biden apparatus made sure that the conspiratory and criminal acts were forgotten – after it was revealed that the RussiaGate was a total fake.
Now, as a small first step, it seems clear that Nellie Ohr has lied. Perjury. Nellie is the wife of Bruce Ohr, a high ranking DoJ official. Nellie was employed by Fusion GPS, a political activist company of the Democrats that also was involved with Bruce Ohr.
During the 2016 presidential election, Nellie Ohr worked for Fusion GPS’ anti-Trump project — Fusion GPS was hired by the campaign of the Democrat Party nominee Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee to perform political opposition research — on a project seeking to connect Donald Trump to Russia. This resulted in the “Steele Dossier”, a smear paper, officially written by ex-MI6 agent Christopher Steele, a partner of and paid by Fusion GPS. This Steele Dossier was combining personal accusations, sexual deviations stories and accusations of treason against Donald Trump.
James Comey, the then-FBI Director used this Steele Dossier to act against Donald Trump, the Candidate, to spy on Trump, to investigate his Team. Once Trump was elected in 2016, shortly after Trump was sworn in, Comey confronted Trump with the Dossier and continued spying on the Trump Administration.
The FBI knew that the Dossier was false and fake and that it was a political hit job by the Democrats, paid for by Hillary and Obama. The content of the Dossier was pure fantasy, but by circulating it through the hands of ex-MI6 agent Christopher Steele it became more realistic: even the former head of MI6 confirmed that the Dossier was realistic, the BBC covered the story as real and the anti-Trump media in the US and worldwide made it up as a fact.
A perfect coup plot, with cooperation of the FBI, Western intelligence, the media and governments.
The Dossier was the first step in the faking of RussiaGate, the Dossier with false and fake content and shameless accusations against the Candidate and President Trump, paid by the ruling Obama/Biden/Hillary gang running spies and FBI against Trump.
Nellie Ohr is now in the line of fire because she gave a lot of input into the Dossier. She was writing important accusatory material for the Dossier which than was laundered through Christopher Steele and the London ex-MI6 community of high ranking former MI6 agents, former UK diplomats and other government officials in the UK and the US. Nellie Ohr, a self-declared Russia specialist, married to – and certainly handled by – Bruce Ohr, her DoJ husband, was an important actor in the production of the false and fake Dossier.
During Nellie’s interviews in Congress she lied about her role, about the input she gave to the Dossier. She lied to Congress and can now be prosecuted for perjury.
The new knowledge that Nellie lied and can be prosecuted draws the Dossier case back to the US – after the UK shut down the possibilities to investigate and sue Christopher Steele, as it is normal with ex-MI6 agents still in the business of government intelligence.
Now, a case on the origins of the Diossier can be opened by the DoJ and further investigated by the FBI. Nellie Ohr will have to answer and explain, and certainly she will draw the circle around the Dossier to a larger extent.
Nevertheless, in 2016 the Dossier did not give sufficient reason to the Comey FBI to open a full FBI investigation into Trump and his team, family, surroundings. The Dossier, for good reason, was not taken as sufficient to open Crossfire Hurricane, the code name for the FBI investigation into Trump’s Campaigin and Presidency.
Crossfire Hurricane was opened because of Joseph Mifsud, the Maltese professor, who made worldwide news and who all the newspapers, the FBI etc. tried to get hold of, but who disappeared, was hidden, threatened with the help of some identified Western intelligence agencies.
Joseph Mifsud, the ‘ground zero’ of RussiaGate is still missing. He is the person why the FBI investigation into Trump started and continued, he is the missing instrument to expose all the relevant facts and actors in the Faking of RussiaGate. Will he come out (from hiding under another identity) and tell the true story of RussiaGate? He feared for his life, was taken away and threatened – he will tell all about RussiaGate and those gangsters behind.
Lying to Congress is a US Federal Crime of perjury. The statute of limitations for perjury is five years, meaning prosecution must begin within that timeframe from the commission of the offense. It would be a scandal if the Biden Administrstion and the Biden DoJ had intentionally suppressed evidence not to indict Nellie Ohr for perjury and to wait for the 5 years statute of limitations to take effect. Otherwise, it may be possible to review Nellie Ohr’s case under the False Claims Act or similar statuts.
