Selensky responds to Putin’s unilateral Easter Ceasefire

V Selensky responded by a X message to President Putin’s order for a temporary, unilateral ceasefire.

It is not clear if Selensky wants his troops to observe a truce as well.

Instead, Selensky again accuses Putin and suggest a longer period of ceasefire. Selensky negatively says that the Easter ceasefire is only good for headlines, and instead Selensky demands a 30 days unconditional full ceasefire.

In the same tone, Selensky informs that Russian attacks are ongoing while the deadline of this evening 18h is not yet reached.

It is greatly disturbing that Selensky throws away Putin’s unilateral ceasefire for Easter as of now value other than for positive headlines. Why can’t Selensky agree that the Easter ceasefire will be a real relief for his people and he shall conform to it and not use the moment for attacks and bombings.
