Swiss chancellery approves proposal to include Bitcoin in national reserves … Switzerland to vote on constitutional amendment

The Swiss Chancellery has approved an initiative that the Swiss people shall vote for a constitutional amendment to force the Swiss Central Bank to include crypto in its reserve currencies.
The Swiss government will review the initiative and the Swiss people may decide about it eventually in 2025.
A very similar law has been introduced in December 2024 to the US Congress, supported by the new Trump administration.
What will say Swiss or US banks, or the financial industry to this proposal? An interesting debate follow.
