This Swiss small town of Porrentruy has reacted and has excluded all foreigners from its public swimming pools.
Discrimination? No. It concerns only non-Swiss, non-residents who are excluded from this specific public service. Perfectly legal in Switzerland. NB asylum seekers are non-residents as they have not yet obtained a residence card, they get just the “N-Card” which does not entitle to take residence.
