The Guardian: Poland will not send troops to Ukraine, says Donald Tusk

Donald Tusk, Polish leader, said that Poland is doing enough and will not send troops to Ukraine.
Poland supports Donald Trump’s demand to increase European spending on defense, knowing that Poland spends over 4.7% of GDP, unmatched in Europe or NATO.
Donald Tusk also demands not to build a European Army on the sideline of NATO.
Tusk’s demands will limit the outcome of today’s Paris meeting of leaders of some European countries, the European war league of Ukraine.
