The Guardian: Ukraine and Russia blame each other as missile kills at least four in Kursk school. … this Russian boarding school is held by the Ukrainian army since their occupation of Kursk territory.

A boarding school full of people in the heavy embattled territory of Kursk was hit by a missile, many injured, 4 died. Russia and Ukraine blame each other.

Why are there still civilians in this Russian territory which the Ukrainian army is trying to keep by all means?

It smells terribly like hostages taking. Hostage taking is a war crime, using civilians as shields is a war crime.

It is becoming obvious why the powerful Russian army did not retake the Kursk area from the Ukrainians: there are many more Russians in this area: perfect hostages.

And according to the Russian Foreign Ministry, civilians in the Kursk region have been slaughtered by Ukrainians.

If the missile that hit the boarding school is Ukrainian, the World must learn of their war crimes. If it is Russian, by accident (why should Russians target their own citizens?), the World must know Ukraine holds civilians in the embattled war area!
