The Guardian reports of the Kremlin’s demands that all Russian conditions must be fufilled before peace talks can commence. These are conditions set almost one year ago: no NATO, Ukrainian withdrawl etc. But further the “roots of the conflict” must be addressed which means for Russia that never again the West/US shall try to realize such a Project Ukraine (or any other project for a country near Russia).
