The Guardian: Where does the phrase ‘coalition of the willing’ come from? US’ Iraq Invasion.

According to the Guardian: “The most famous, or infamous, coalition of the willing was the 30 nations who publicly gave at least some support to George W Bush’s US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.”
It is somehow unfortunate to call a new group of states supporting Ukraine “coalition of the willing” as history knows that the US led invasion of Iraq had as well a “coalition of the willing” which was based on fakes and a false pretext, the lies about WMD. The Iraq war provoked by a fraud. An unfortunately analogy?
