The Guardian: Zelenskyy rejects claim Boris Johnson talked him out of 2022 peace deal

The Guardian was recently lucky to obtain an exclusive inteview with V Selensky.

Selensky denies that he was pressured by his Western partners not agree with the peace deal negotiated in Istanbul im 2022. Also then-PM Boris Johnson claims not to have pressured Selensky.

The Guardian seems critical towards these denials and cites witness statements and shows proofs and coincidences that can lead to the conclusion that the West and also Johnson pressured Selensky not to agree to the Istanbul peace and to continue to fight Russia. In particular, the Guardian confirms that the West and Johnson promised to continue their support (“all what it needs to win the war”).

The overall understanding is that Ukraine missed an opportunity for peace in Istanbul in 2022. The other understanding is that the West misjudged Russia’s capacities, military, economic. As well, the West misjudged the Russian internal public opinion to support the conflict.

The overall understanding today is that there was a US/NATO Project Ukraine in the making since the Obama presidency with the aim to expand NATO to Russia’s borders to confine Russia. Further, Project Ukraine contained the plan to destabilze Russia, to create civil unrest and opposition against Putin. Project Ukraine contained as well a plan to break up Russia into small parts.

Project Ukraine has failed. A war started and kept running for nothing. The terrible consequences are supported by killed, injured, displaced Ukrainians and by the Ukrainian and Russian soldiers killed by hundreds of thousands. Shame on Project Ukraine and those who were running it.
