In short: they all manufactured fake intelligence accusing Donald Trump in the Fake RussiaGate. They all supported or actively run CIA and FBI operations against Trump and his allies, family etc.
They all are co-conspirators in the opening of judicial investigations, they are the reason of the appointment of a Special Counsel and for many other government acts, they went to use all the State’s weapons against Trump. It’s not only the immense costs that they provoked based on lies and fakes, but it’s the fact that there is a highly criminal element in such acts, which were a coup against the President.
