Donald Trump mentioned that the pardons have not been signed by the hand of his predecessor Joe Biden and that Biden might even not have agreed to certain pardons issued by a machine (autopen) instead of by his hand. The simple fact that a machine signed the pardon documents may raise a concern about fraud or, at least of non-approval. Trump considers challenging certain pardons, in particular, the pardons issued for the Jan 6 Committee – where shady acts and document destruction happened. It will be shown in procedures before courts if the pardons are valid and if the form or the state of mind of Biden can be challenged. Nevertheless, there is something about the pardons issued which is highly suspicious. Why were they issued? Was there anything that may raise criminal culpability of the pardoned? Or was it about to avoid any troubles what so ever for the pardoned who were merely political activists? Considering the past unjustified political persecutions of Donald Trump in courts and in parliament, there may be something highly doubtful about those who were pardoned with retroactive effect. Highly doubtful – and important to know about.
