Donald Trump, on Truth Social, accused India to buy Russian oil mainly for export, to make a good business.
“India is not only buying massive amounts of Russian Oil, they are then, for much of the Oil purchased, selling it on the Open Market for big profits.” Trump wrote.
Trump accuses India to evade US sanctions against Russia, to help Russia to export and sell its oil.
It seems to be true and even the German press in 2023 established that German oil imports heavily increased quantities from India which is, of course, Russian oil.
But without this cheap Indian oil of Russian origin, Germany would be even worse off.
