It sounds like a threat: V Selensky said to the press that he cannot guarantee the safety of foreign visitors to the Russian Victory Parade on May 9th.
It is a statement that would suggest that Ukraine will attack Moscow by all means to disturb Russia’s Victory Parade.
The World can only hope that Ukraine will not attack as it is almost certain that Russia will respond with escalation.
