US stops weapons deliveries to Ukraine. Kiev calls in the US Ambassador

The US Government stopped the delivery of weapons to Ukraine, in particular, the Patriot anti-aircraft missiles systems.

Ukraine reacted by calling the US Ambassador in Kiev for a meeting and by announcing and complaining that there will not be peace without the US weapons.

Washington explained the stop of weapons deliveries with “America first”. Seemingly, the US has not enough on stock.

Russia commented with saying that the less weapons Ukraine receives, the faster the military operations can find its end.
